my digital camera takes pics to big for this sight.
it's probably just me but i am computer illiterate so i can't make them work. aaarrrggghhh.

You can chop and size them in any photo editor.

Here is a really easy way to do that, you can open it in paint, go to image, strecth/skew, and shrink it that way, just keep dropping the percentages until it gets smaller.
