My TH350 was so easy to tailor part throttle shift points (vaccuum modulator), but what can be done for a TH700R4 to raise part throttle/ no load shift points about a thousand RPM? I read something about changing a spring in the valve body in the TV valve? I'm not worried about full throttle shift points...that's easy to modifyat the governor. Unless, of course, on the 700 the governor ALSO changes part throttle shift points.
