ok guys I need to find a car with a 1984-86 5.0 carbed that has all the emissions stuff still on the car because my car is missing the emissions stuff from the exhaust intake manifold to the air pump and I was wondering if any one had a car with the same year and close to it we can maybe make it work and try to make it pass please any help or pics would be greatly appreciated I don't think it would matter if it's a firebird or camaro I have a camaro but I don't think it would matter anyways let me know oh by the way local people around me I can probably stop by and take a look if it's no problem thanks guys for your help.

I have an 87 firebird with the 305carbed motor and i have to go to emmisions this week. If i pass i plan on pulling it all out so who ever wants it can have it for free if they wanna come pick it up.

 

maybe the board members need to get a set of emissions stuff and trade it between members when it is needed

 

bah..... you dont need anything but a cat that works and some E85 (85% Ethanol 15% gasoline) It burns way cleaner. I have nothing but a cat on my car and i fast passed IL emissions.

My old camaro was a carbed 85, same thing nothing but a cat and passed with no problems. I used a fuel addative, outlaw I think.

 

cool I think I'm gonna install a new cat and put in some additives to help me thanks.
