Need to borrow a trans jack...

just find an old trans pan or a flat pices of metal drill a hole in it and put a bolt in it and have the botl go into the hole where the pad goes into place on the floor jack thats what we do it may sound ghetto but when you don't have the cash for a trans jack you ahve to make somehting work :-D

i made one out of a sheet of 1/4" steel and added "legs" to it on the 4 corners hold the trans by the pan. works pretty well for being free.

I'm looking for an actuall stand and jack cause i'll be pulling the trans out while its on a lift at my work......
