hey, im gonna be selling my camaro soon, and my girlfriends mom says that shes giving me her car, and its nice, a 01 grand prix gt 2 door, fully loaded, its pretty nice, but i dont drive stock, i had something sportier in mind like an eclipse, but i would like to get a rough idea of how it would look with this idea that i have, a 2 tone design.

the car is silver now, so i want to keep the silver on top, and 2 tone down the side with black added to the bottom, with a orange pinstirpe to seperate, and with tints, and the ground effects piece to be red. the car also have headlight shades, but cant find this car on google with them on.
so can anyone take the picture below, and add black to the bottom half below the orange line, and do the ground effects on the bottom in red, its the very bottom of the front bumper, in the middle, not the whole bumper, just the insert. if ya can do the red or not, dont matter. the black and silver matter the most
i know this aint third gen related, but i dont know where else to post it.

I could do this, but not till tonight.

This should be moved to the Signature/Photoshop forums to get more attention from people who have the tools to do something like this. What you are asking is easy enough, but its hard to take a silver and make it black. many of the highlights and reflections are washed out by the brighter body color.

As promised. Silver is such a medium color its hard to make it black because the highlights (aka bright reflections) have no contrast on a silver or white car. Here's the most realistic I know how to do. Though I'm sure a professional would simply digital paint the car instead.

Personally, you should have the pin stripe and the lower front facia be the same color. Otherwise it may not look right.

Though the silver/black two tone with an orange pinstrip is a pretty iconic Chip Foose design.

yea, thats kinda how i got the idea, and on top of it, theres an envoy down the road with the same idea, just switched up a lil, different silver with blue and i think silver is on the bottom on that one. but thanks!!!!!! that works actually, im really thinking again about the red cuz it dont look right, it dont belong.
