Howdy Dudes!

Since I moved to Tennessee last year I figured a warm Howdy would be appropriate.. Good to see you guys still kicking it here..

Still have family here so I’ll be back from time to time..

Here’s my new crib for the SS..

And if you can tolerate a single 80s song.. A video that chronicles my decade long build..

Cheers guys…

TN is awesome! Super fun place, no state income taxes, less govt regulations...
I'd move in a heartbeat if my wife would let us. Of course anywhere is better than NY.

We are extremely blessed to secure the home and property we have today for sure!

Tennessee is a hot market for sure. Then you couple the desirable aspects I wanted and within the price range we would be able to afford. Third garage with driveway access, land, mountain views. Essentially the look and appearance that we live in the sticks with the quiet that comes with it but very close to civilization. This is what made this purchase extremely rare.

We’re sitting on about 3/4 of an acre but back up to around 300 acres of agricultural land. That is absolutely stunning. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice as those that have seen the pictures but have visited in person are amazed at how much depth and beauty this view holds.
I have to pinch myself every time I step out in my backyard and take in this view.

additionally, we are close to all the amenities we need. Groceries, restaurants, movie theaters, medical care, all within 10 to 15 minutes away. Additionally, we’re about 15 minutes away from Bristol speedway.

Yes indeed!

Since we’ve been here, we’ve done a great deal of hiking/exploring. Traffic is reasonable too except for when there’s an event at Bristol speedway. In short, We have zero regrets.
