Flyers for the 05 fest

Pending dennys permission(not sure if he wants to advertise this way this year) i would like to work on a flyer for the 2005 fest.

Anyone have any ideas or good group shots from last year?

Let me know.

I would like to have these done by mid-march so they have some type of positive impact.

yeah i think flyers would be a good ideal. I see lots of 3rd gens and tell them about and they have never heard anything about it.

Yeah, I've got no problem with that. I was actually planning to do some myself. Just make sure you get the registration costs right so nobody just shows up than finds out it's going to cost them $45 the day of the party. The fees are:

March 1st to May 15th --- $35
May 16th to party date --- $45

Also, I can get you a picture of the Pace car (raffle car) if you want to put that on there. I guess you would have to put my website on there as well so people know where to register.

Hey Denny, If you finished the flyers, can you email me the flyer? I'm planning on printing a few off, and giving them to a few friends. Hopefully by the 15th, so if they decide there going to go, they can pay $35 instead of the $45.

Thanks Jim

I've got fliers done if anybody wants them. However, they were done on Powerpoint and I know a lot of people don't have it. Also, you can't post Powerpoint documents here so I would have to e-mail it to you.

Oooops, I guess I gave Jay one of the old copies that snuck through. Everything on that flier is right except the date is Saturday, May 28th not the 29th.

If you are going to make copies make sure you correct it. Otherwise, I can e-mail you a correct flier as long as you have Powerpoint.
