well when you borrow a friend of a friend's trailer, that is what you get when they say he has a "new" trailer....i mean new to the guy, not new to 1980.

If your in chicago your not that far away, why not just drive it?

Plenty of people have shown up with various issues that make their cars illegal before.

Well it's not a legal or illegal issue ......It's more like it's not real streetable if you know what I mean

That all depends on your idea of streetable. Personaly the more insane it seems, the more fun it probably is.

Looks like your ride might suck up alot of gas but oh well, they'll make more.

Oh yeah, Uhaul's car trailers aren't all that bad as long as your not going a long distance.

i have a feeling tony and my definition of streetable is about the same. he's not going to take it out on a 2 hour drive on highway lol. Mine would probably make it, but it's just easier this way until i go threw a bunch of test and tunes to figure out where the car wants to be. Too much money into the car to just say screw and drive it untuned.

My car looks stock but it's far from it ..... Just like Steve said I'm not going to drive it on the highway ... I drove 30mins ( On The HighWay) once to get some Action and I used up allmost a 1/2 Tank of gas I know they'll make more but where do you get 110 Octane on The HighWay ???? And On the way back I broke A Lifter, Not Fun .So if you think it would be fun to Screw Up my motor again for a car show . I'll send you the bill when it does ......lol As for UHaul There are the BIGGEST Stupid A**es In The World ..... I Will Try Not to Deal With Them If I don't Have To

Don't start the gas deal again.

I always have you locals beat(period).
My monthly gasoline bill just to get me to and from work is 900 bucks.

I go to Dennys twice a month for a good time and half way to bootyville for other various reasons. One time going across town is not going to kill you. I'm talking about gas money here bros.

150 mile round trip everyday.

I just like to fight about gas consumption!

I consume the most and always will.

Mine will be trailered probably too.

I just wanted to scream about something for some reason.

Venting done.

i am going to drive mine....might be a bit scary for the MPG, but i didnt build the car for that reason. I need atleast 100, but i will get 93 w/ octane boost....hey if my buddy drove his 9s 13.5:1 big block camaro on the streets with 93 and boost, my 11.5:1 will work just fine with that

well tony people on chitown talk crap about each other cars, on here people talk crap about useless things too. I have gotten several negative comments about trailering my junk too. That's just how this site is, tons of young people picking on you for stupid things. last year i got crap about trailering my car, and it had no bumpers, doors, fenders, plates, or insurance....guess i should have driven it though.

thats why i will probably to the trans swap after the fest....i can drive on a 700r4 with a 150k on it for a bit, and if it breaks....i have a big paper weight then....otherwise it will be a 3500 stalled th350, in that case 45 mph sounds good

I guess I'd qualify as a "young guy" (I'm only a year older than my car) but as far as I'm concerned, if a car is nice enough who cares if it's a trailer queen. Now personally, I like to be able to drive all over with my car, but then again, sometimes you just can't do that and people should understand that.

What pisses me off is when people have a car that's perfectly capable of driving on the streets and they still trailer it. Just drives me insane. Cars were made to be driven.

I did have a trailer, but 1. I'm across the state and 2. I sold it.

Haha, I got an 88 Mustang convertible with a trailer hitch on it to pull a trailer though, lol.

Don't ask, the kid who owned it before me threw it on there.
