What are the handling affects of this kit??? The kit sounds good as far as drag racing goes and i'd like the most possible traction, But how does it affect the handling of the car??? Lets say your were going to autocross/roadrace the car, would it have any drastic affects on that?? Would it hurt or help any???

Just my 2 cents from the drag racing community-yeah they help with straight line acceleration, but street ride becomes much stiffer. I don't know about cornering as they all run the DOT slicks so you gotta be a little careful street driving.

South side subframes are great, but I wouldn't go with the whole kit due to the cornering problems with the ladder bar.

The Jegster torque arm is what I used and I think my made the right decision. It rotates 360' and slides in and out.. It will lift the car on a launch, but not be too harsh on bumps.

I like my South Side lower controlarms. Combined with the reworked torque arm mounting and spring/airbag/shock package my car definately launches good. The package allows the car to take full advantage of the torque converter. As far as handling goes, mine is strictly drag only and with the spool it doesn't turn well anyway. But that said, these are excellent choices for drag use.

Just buy the aftermarket torque and control arms but not the lift bars. The lift bars wont corner right at all.

The problem with lift bars (or a 4 link) on the street is the infinite roll stiffness in the rear which causes significant oversteer. It's sure fun at first, but gets old after awhile.
