1/4 times.

what up guys, if its not too much to ask, could you state your 1/4 mile time and mph, I'm trying to figure out what motors, with what mods, run the 1/4 in. This is just a personal survey I'm taking, even though is completely irrelevant to the purpose of the board here, I'm just curious as to what some of you guys run that I know. Thanks.

but it has hot outside and the engine was running at 230!! using stock fan setting at that time!!

but i have beaten people that ran 14.1 - 14.3 before.. real close races

TPI 350, Comp Hyd Rol cam 218'-224'-112', Edelbrock Centerbolt Heads, Edelbrock TES Headers, Catco Cat, Flowmaster American Thunder, Stock Prom, Comp Cams Pro Mag 1.52 Roller rockers, 80' t-stat, 255/50-R16 Kumho's in the rear, 3.45 Posi 9-bolt, 2400 stall B&M converter...I think that's it.

LOL, that's ok the heads will be here next week, just need a carb, and order my headers.

Mechanical secondaries, no more of that vacuum crap.

5.0 with intake, Throttle body, roller rockers, exhaust, and gears!

Remember, this was with a week of 5-speed experience so I should be 13.5s soon (next season)! And my car is pretty slow!

My best time was with me shifting manually at stock speed with a just broken posi and terrible bog (i had my friend's k&n in that was too big and it clogged something). It's in the sig

Yeah

I ran a 16.2 at 99 mph when my tranny broke at the track. I did run twice more but only got down to 14.7 with featherign and losing control lol.:lala:

I have 85 Camaro 498 bbc 400 trans w/brake.Ford 9 inch rear 430 gear.I ve never used my brake.No tub.The car weights 3600 pounds.Has power locks and windows.I run 10.7 with wore out slicks.mph is 126 and my 60 foot is 1.54 is my best.

14.9@91 mph, 2.1 60', i know its not fast but its gone from 17.8 to 14.9 with less than 50$, this a 350 totally stock, still has 305 lg4 exhaust manifolds and everything..5spd, headers will help a lot

13.521 on a 1.769 60ft with the stock 100k mile L98 w/ bolt ons, 2k stall/shift kit and sticky tires all at full weight of 3688lbs with driver(Im 230lbs +/-)
