manual technique

I recently read an article about auto-x and they kept on refering to something called a Bonderant-taught skill of the heel-and-toe-double-clutch-downshift technique...any info about what the hell this is would be nice...even better would be instructions on how to do it. Thanks

well that technique is actually a staple of all autocross type racing....its not specific to bondurant although im sure they teach it.....

It involves having your heel on the brake and toe on the acclerator.....this allows you to keep the revs up while downshifting to maximize speed through the turns.

Im not exactly a pro at it though.
