whats up guys? ran a new best wed. nite at englishtown. got 3 passes 2 of the passes where against friggin dragsters! one ran a 8.90@152 to my 11.56 second one goes 7.90@169 to my 11.50 then i pulled a 11.47@116 w/1.59 60' on a brand new set of et streets, can't wait till they break in a little, my 60's should be better than they were. all in all it was a good nite with all 3 runs besting by previous best of 11.60 catch your at the track or in toms river in a couple of weeks.

he told me with out the nitrous it runs 13's and with it, it runs 11's. im working on my 305 now but money isnt the problem, time is.

150 shot yielded a 1.5-2 second improvement by itself? when are you spraying? right of launch and not letting off? 5spd or auto? what's done to it?

A typical 150 shot right off the line is good for about 1.5 seconds. At least it is in my truck.

As much as I'd like to put it on my car, I'm not ready to get into the 9's.

Congrats again man!! INSAAAANE!

Just to add and make everyone else a Nitrous addict... A very overly rich 150 shot on my own 305 got me from 15.50 to 13.15 and no I'm not yanking anyones chain. That is spraying right out of the hole to the finish line

YEs a 2.35 second drop and i also went from 88 MPH on motor to 107MPH on that same 150 shot. You do the math Is it safe on a STOCK heads/cam/bottomend 305? Well I've sprayed 100+lbs of nitrous setup as it is like this. Plugs look beautiful and this weekend i'm going to add more bottle pressure to actually make it a full 150 shot(The carb I have is setup severely rich). Also last year my setup went 15.70's on motor, 13.30's on a 100 shot(also rich). I seen a 16mph gain with that..This 150 shot isn't really getting me the results I seen from the 100 shot, in comparison anyways.

Nitrous Express BABY!! LCA brackets, cutout, more bottle pressure... Wish me luck on solid 12's next time out!

nos = crap

NOS is considered cheating where i come from and 305's are ****. thats why i got rid of mine in my 92 RS and put a big 383 in it. u probably wasted a crap load of money on that dumb 305:rockon:

who cares if Nitrous is considered cheating where your from but it still ends up being the best bang for the buck. and you can install it in a very short time.

now BADDEST305 has a 434 sbc i think puttin something like 654 hp and 601 ft lbs torque and i think he said he was goin to put nitrous on it but i cant remember.

that waste of time 305 he had would waste your 383. Nitrous is cheating? Is a supercharger cheating? It's called run what ya brung and if you dont have nitrous and happen to lose to the guy who does well then too bad. he didnt cheat, all he did was leave you in the dust.

hey thats sweet to be able to run that fast. but then y not put a blower on it? or nitrous? the cars that come with turbos dont think that it is cheating even if they have an upgraded turbo if i were u i would run a blower or nitrous

yes its wasted money for a sport that alot of people love and decide to put a crap load of money into a car , and when people want to be different they have people like you sayin crap about how there doing stuff with just a 305 or any small cubed motor.

also ur sayin that if someone takes a buick t-type and gets it to run 10's or faster is wasting there money becuz they are using it on a small motor.

theres 305 motors out there runnin 9's, do u think thats a waste of money?

ha the big 383 started as a little 350, then i used some tools and a little money to make it a big 383. i used to have a 305 and they are pieces of crap. i really doubt that u are running 11's with a ****ty 305, i think your just saying that.

Just to let you all know ,
The new current fastest street car on radials is a buick grand national with - are you ready?
A destroked 231 now displacing 207 ci .
He ran 7.98 @ 167 and plans to go 7.70 @ 178 or soo. His trap speed was low because he blew a intercooler line at the 1000ft.

Oh yeah , great times BADDEST305!
Have you been to Pittsburgh raceway park? That car look familiar...

actually im an eye wittness that saw his little 305 run 11.6 at englishtown race way park. i have it on video, i could probably get it on my digital camera if u still dont think he hit the 11's with just a 305. i would just need someone to host it though, i have no clue where to host it.

sure you could do that but a good number of people know its a 305 and not a 383 and he's just sayin that. and i guess he's lying to his son also and just tellin him its a 305. stroken_camaro9 just leave and stop while ur ahead u sound like a person that doesnt think before they speak and most people dont like it when members are bashin other members becuz you think someone is lying on an engine size. GET WITH THE PROGRAM this sounds like a damn childs name callin fight. just face the facts that he HAD a 305 that pushed out a great amount of hp to get him inot the low 11's.


also if anyone know where to host a video, ill be recordin the pass i recorded of BADDEST305 making an 11.6 pass.

This site has a policy against calling names and insulting the way you have been doing. If you keep it up you'll be put on probation, do it again and you'll be banned. There is no reason to talk to people that way whether you believe them or not.

Also, if T82Z28 says it's a 305 I would definetly believe it because I know him and he wouldn't BS about it if he knows for a fact that it's a 305. There are more fast 305's out there than people think, it's just more difficult to do and costs more money.

hey irocztwentygr8.- i wasn't going to argue with the guy. he's just like alot of other people who can't believe that its only a 305 when they see it run there are alot of people running 11's and even faster in 305's so i can't see how unbelievable it is.

were expecting the car to run low 10's on motor. maybe not on our first time out but it should be in the low 10's. i had them built the motor with better rods and comex head gaskets so that i could spray the car if i want to. but for now i think i'll just run on motor.

wtf, im running 116.5mph at a 12.3......i need to get new slicks.

anyways, thats not bad....with a good 60 i should be able to get down in that region, after get to 11's im gonna either do some nitrous, or a a solid roller cam instead of the hydraulic, which would be followed by nitrous anyways.

my car is naturally aspirated and im knockin on the 11 second door right now, once i get there im probably gonna use nitrous to push it deep into the 10's....how about pro mods, they have nitrous and blower cars......are they cheating in order to run 6.20's? i think not

that is why I tell all the mustang owners I beat that I have a stock 305 with just a catback. You should see the look on their faces. They always ask what I am spraying into it. I tell them nothing it is all motor and that I usaly get beat by mustangs.

my car still has the "RS" badges on it..... of course the 4" cowl and exhaust note kinda give it away
