will a better 60' time give me a better e/t?

alrite folks, ran my gta for the first time this summer. tell me what i can improve or if i should've gotten a better time.

i hooked great after waking up for that lame reaction time, but not sure if my mph and e/t are where they should be for a pretty stock L98. i should be able to get into the high 14's as i am, right?

reaction: 1.648
60': 2.319
1/4 e/t: 15.047 @ 92.758

your reaction time has nothing to do with ur ET. get some aftermarkets lca's , and a torque arm and a set of dragradials or DOT slicks to help get down those 60' times and ull get a better ET. also if u change shocks for great ones and really get the power to the ground that will help also.

there good, but theres also the lakewood drag shocks, if u get the 50/50 rear shocks they will help also but theres also koni adjustable shocks and all thoes big name brand shocks but i got kyb on my car and they feel great.

what's a respectable 60' to aim for, anything under 2?

It's gonna be awefully hard to get lower than a 2.0 with street tires. I would shoot for about a 2.1 60 foot. Don't be dissapointed when you don't break 2.0 or even get close to it because its aweful hard to pull those #'s on street tires.

your mph seems pretty good, and with a lowered 60 foot you will be in the mid to high 14s. good luck.
