Just got back from Redding CA Drag Strip results
Well, didn't do what I was hoping for but was happy I made improvements through the night
Here's my two better runs out of the 4 I did... First two were terrible, the worst being a 15.80 at 89.46 mph and a way crappy 2.68 60ft. Friend of mine gave me some advice on how to launch a bit better and got it down to a 2.19 60ft on 215/60/15 tires at 36 psi. This being my first time at the track, I had a lot of fun and need to learn how to cut a better light hehe. So what do you think? besides saying it's a slow pos lol
Here's my third run shifting at about 5300 rpm
And the forth run shifting at about 5800 rpm

Well, could'nt make out the time in the last slip, but it appears you were hot lappin it
If you wanted to race with this thing, consitency is right there judgeing from these 2 slips, R/T needs help, but have seen lotts worse. Good job launching on pathetic tires, and naturally there is room for more mods!! Glad to hear you had a good time, as I think alot more people would if they gave the strip a chance.

Hehe I could have been just going round and round making laps all night but kept pulling into the pits to talk a bit and let the car cool down. It was about 13 min between those two runs. There were times no cars were in the lanes, really slow first part of the night. I may go back before dropping the 350 in just to see if I can squeeze a bit more out of the 305 lol.
