Baseline runs

Finally had the oppurtunity to run my GTA on the Gtech...she 100% stock not even a K&N airfiler on this badboy...Pure Fram for me..no hacked anything....only things i have changed out is the rear tires. I have Nitto 555R's set at 22PSI..aside from that everything is stock...I even ran with my Full stereo in there dual 10inch sub box in the well....I was very surprised at the times.

Best times were all given on one run 14.32 @ 95MPH, 1.97 60ft
and time ranged from there up to 14.58. all around the same MPH. Im thinking these are pretty good times for a stock car to be putting down. I gotta work on getting some mods in there now cause top end blow chunks and the 2/3 shift is horrid. Drops me outa power band and it take a long time to climb back up. But im pleased with the times.

Is this Cam???? I didn't realize that you got your car out to Gimli this summer. 14.32 vs. 14.8x? @ SIR that's quite a difference. Sub 2 second 60 footers? I thought you got 2.3s and 2.4s at our track?

Good times,

which g tech is this with? if its the competition set your rollout distance to 0 or a very low number. Ive found its more accurate that way (ive run with it at the track)

Pablo, with your G-tech competition how does it compare to the track with MPH. I've ran my older G-tech Pro at the track and I found out there was exactly 5.0 mph difference over the track mph. I also had the exact same results for the 5 runs i did to, pretty neat stuff.

WinnipegGTA, nice times for a stock car

I havent had a chance to fully test it just a very unscientific run where rollout was set to a high number on the GTech and it had not been calibrated all morning long (big temp diff.) with the rollout setting i had it gave me a much lower ET than actual and it was all in the rollout time. Adding that to the ET it was within .08 of my actual timeslip.

Ill get around to doing a more accurate comparison (at the least calibrating it before I run hehe) one of these days. I cant remember the mph but the thing calculates your mph at the exact moment you are crossing the line not averaged like at the track. So it was higher.
