Lug torque ?
Hey i just got a set of Weld Pro Star rims and im goin to be mountin a set of dot slicks on them. i also have ARP wheel studs and alumin. drums. my question is how much torque should i put on the lug nuts when i put them on? i know factory is about 80-86lbs torque with the alloy/alumin facory rims.

The torque spec has nothing to do with the type of rim. Torque spec depends on the size of the wheel stud. Use the same torque spec and don't use an impact to install or remove any wheel nuts.
Removal with an impact is fine if they're plain steel nuts (not chromed) that have been overtorqued years ago. Install new nuts and tighten/torque with a torque wrench.
