Suspension questions

well, i think i've finally got my problems fixed, chassis dyno numbers are nice. I've got a question for a few of you, how much improvement in your et's did you notice going to solid engine/trans mounts? What kinda shocks/struts are you guys running at what settings? and finally, what springs?

my setup now is all poly mounts, 70/30 lakewoods upfront, 50/50 CE's in the back, with stock springs. I've heard good things about moroso front springs and keeping the stock rear springs with shocks set up like mine.

do you guys, by any chance, know how much your 60fts changed when you went from torque arm to ladder/four link?

i guess the only other question i've got is, how rough is it on your car and you when you come back down from a fairly minor (less than 6") wheelstand? does it make the rear squirm much?

i like the combo of the lakewood 70/30 struts and 50/50 shocks. i also use the eibach drag kit in the rear for springs and eibach prokit springs up front for a pretty nice overall stance.

i use stock rubber engine mounts and poly tranny mount.
