Shock Adjustment

I have Koni Yellows and lately I've been using the car for autox and lap days on a road course.

I've read that some people adjust their shocks to the stiffest setting or nearly so for autox and/or lap days and then adjust them back down for everyday use.

I've also read that the adjustment feature on Koni shocks is primarily to compensate as the shocks wear and that adjusting them up and down is the fastest way to wear them out.

Does anyone know for sure if adjusting the shocks back and forth like that will wear them out.

I'm not for sure , I usually run my 4th gen Camaro Koni's on full soft for street driving, and then depending on weather the surface is asphalt or concrete, make my adjustments. I usually leave the top adjustment alone, and only adjust the bottom. There is a Koni Teck line you can call its 606-727-5035
