What can I expect from this
This is the first time ive visited this board,so please go easy on me guys.
Im just replacing my 305TPI 700R4 1985 Transam drivetrain with ZZ4 plus hotcam from Sallee Chev(rated at 390bhp)with a complete Holley Stealth Ram set up complete with 950 commander and WB02.Nothing from the original TPI will be used.
My Auto is to be replaced with aftermarket T56 6 Speed.
The gear ratios are as follows;
Rear axle 3:27.1
Gearbox 1st 2.97 2nd 1.94 3rd 1.35 4th 1.00 5th.84 6th.62
My rear tires are 275/40xs18" so overall diameter is 26.66 ins and tire circumference is 83.75
Im not really interested in 1/4 mile racing I need a fast road car with low rev high speed cruising.
I would be very grateful if you could give some opinions and calculations.

Yes,I too think the gears may be the wrong ratio but its what im stuck with at the moment.Next year however I will probably put in a complete new rear so i can alter the gears then
