Can somone Help me convert trap speed to ET
What ET would a car have if it traps at 105.4 mph? I am guessing 12.9-13.0 does this sound right?
EDIT: sorry I should have said a full weight thirdgen assuming it hooks perfectly

It doesn't compute.
In the '57 in 2002 at sea level, I had 103 mph trap speeds but at 13.5 ET's. At 5800', it was running 14.6's-14.7's at 96-97 mph (consistent with the NHRA elevation correction factors).
That's the way I started last season. During the year I switched from VS to DP carb, later from 2200 stall to 3500, then from open element air cleaner to cool air dual snorkel. At the end of the year, I was running 13.8's-13.9's at 96 mph.
You can't take trap speed & weight and compute ET. Too many other factors at work. Drag Strip Simulator can use the various factors such as gearing, tires, stall, HP, etc., and show how they affect ET.

At 5600 feet I ran a 13.60 at 105.4 with a 2.25 60 foot. I am tired of reading about other thirdgens that trap at 105-106 and are in the 12's or low 13's so I decided to get some suspension mods and BFG DR's to see if I can break low 13's at this crappy elevation or possibly run a 12.9.
EDIT: I am hopin for 3-4 tenths off the 60 foot time and another 2 tenths in the 1/4. Does this sound possible?

Other way around, I'd say yes.
It was the 2-3 tenths off the 60' that yielded the reduction for me. My late-season 2003 5800' elevation 60's were a tenth better than my 2002 sea level 60's.
