There's at least one third gen in all these pics. An 8 second ride.

For those of you who don't follow all the good racing sites, here's a link to some awesome pics. The Saturday pics showing the Boston Pizza has a parking lot full of street driven, Pro Street cars.

Make sure you order the video/DVD's that are produced by this guy. They're well worth it.

A lot of neat pics there.

Last weekend I was pitted next to a 1st gen with blown alcohol all-aluminum BBC - there wasn't much "1st gen" left to that car, as you might imagine. He was licensing, they worked on the car all day for a mid-afternoon run, only powered through 1/8 mile, ran a low 9 at about 120. Started raining after that, so they went home.

On another note: Love door slammers, but IMO, those nitro coupes are bordering on insane.

That's the trouble with those "cool looking" cars. What you see on the outside is just a skin that hangs off the frame. Under the basic shape there isn't much original car any more.

At least I can say my car is still considered a production car. It still has the original floor, firewall, sheetmetal, front and rear subframes etc.

Insane is the word for it all right. A tiny little windshield to look out of and most of it is filled with a blower.
