I figured a few years ago this was going to happen - with all the new developments popping up in the immediate area. Not to mention the muffled car rule every day except Sunday.
I figure in 5 years some developer will make an offer to the owners and since the law will be against them, they will sell out and there will be a couple hundered new homes on that site - which is void of any trees to remove.
This sucks.
