Mickey Thompsons?
hey guys, i'm looking for wide low diameter tires for my 84 T/A with rear disks. Does anyone know if i will have any trouble with rubbing by putting a pair of Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro #6542 26X10.5-15lt on my stock 15x7 rims?
(when i put them in the converter they come out as 267/52R15) And I heard 3rd gens can fit 265's. Let me know, Thanks

MT website lists the #6542 as having a sidewall width of 10.4" on an 8" rim. That means the section width according to their dimentions is 264.2 mm.
These tires will fit on a 7-10" rim.
I ran an almost identical ET Street years ago and had no clearance problems. I also had them mounted on 10" rims with 5.5" of backspacing. You won't have any problems on a stock 7" rim.

I run 26X10.5 ET Streets on stock 15x7 rims. They fit no problem and don't look out of place at all.
