alright I know SomeOne on here Has a Fuel Cell Installed in their car. I am Thinking about Cutting out the Well In the Back Of The Car And Installing a 15gallon Cell With Sender. I was wondering if any body Knew the NHRA Rules for a Fuel Cell in a Hatch Back car, and also if anyone Had Pics.

I am thinking about doing it this Way:
Cut Out Well Creating A New Floor In The Well That Would Allow The Fule Cell To Sit Up Pretty High Under The car, and Fab a Filler Neck That Comes Out behind the License Plate.

Well It is just a idea that is Floating around, It would take some inovation and Fabbracation work just looking for Feedback and PICS and Recommendations.

 

I'm moving this from Tech to Racing because fuel cells are typically a racing thing.

 

I used to have a 4 gallon cell in the back. I fabricated a rear firewall to seperate it from the rest of the interior. I now have the cell mounted up front.

If in doubt about the rules, buy a rulebook to see what needs to be done.
