88 TPI MAF, dropped in an 83 Trans Am. T5 transmission. 9 bolt rear end with either 2.77 or 3.27 gears. It is basically stock. The only real performance gains I can see it getting is from the CAI. I also believe the previous owner of the car did the TB coolant bypass.
What I am thinking is that the T5 throws the numbers off a bit. If i put 3.73's in what would i expect to run? Or what about Holley Stealth Ram. I read on a post that someone got 63 more horses just from the HSR. I want to get long tube headers but don't know if i should get hedman or hooker.
What I am really trying to say is what would be the best first mod to do. How much of a gain will it give me?

Without knowing which gears you have, it's hard to say. You will suffer with either one, but the 2.77's are certainly about as bad as you could get.

I want to get 3.73's they seem to sound like they will do me the most justice. How hard are these to find for a 9 bolt?
I'm young and closer to the middle class so he caters to me. I also heard him mention on an MTV special that he wants to get 4 years of our schooling paid for if we do 2 years of community service/service. Plus Bush constantly makes up words and gives all his rich buddies tax breaks. Anyway. Im shooting for 13's and think i can do it with some ported aluminum vette heads. Thanks for replying. Its hard to say because stock 350 tpi came with automatics and 3.23 or 3.27 gears. Anyways stock 350 tpi auto run like mid to high 14s in good tune. However 305 tpi 5 speed are alot faster than auto I believe it is do to the power loss through the drive train. From what I can tell you'll the best secanrio is probably low 15s, worst is most likely mid 15s(this is in good tune).

Your choice in president is very suspect. How is it financially possible for the government to pay for college if you do 2 years community service? Every college student would do this and taxes would increase drastically even though Kerry claims he will decrease taxes. When a canidate says something you must think is this fiscally possible or just some
to try and get votes. Tax cuts for the wealthy how come every household the last two years got tax cuts.
