PCA Autocross Riverside

Hey folks, Man i just wanted to let some people how much fun the Porsche Club of America Riverside region autocross was. Man it was a blast. I was in my blue convert RS and beat 12 porsches. Granted i did get my but handed to me by a pair of miatas, a corvette, a WRX, and the rest of the porsches which included a GT3. Which brings the car count up to 26. So i didn't do too bad especially considering the suspension is all Z-28 spec and i was on the hardest longest lasting Pep boy special tires around. But it was run really well. And all the Porsche guys didn't scoff at the idea of a Camaro running around with them. They all seemed to enjoy the burn outs i did in my first couple of pracitce runs. I mean hell where else are you gonna do them if not in a legal way. They even took some video of it. But autocrossing was a blast and real cheap at 50 bucks for the day. Pretty fun. Go to the PCA website for more info on the next event.

Welcome to the world of turning! I ran my car super sunday with new mods and had tons of fun also! Autocross is so much more fun then some other things we do with our cars! Even with a car that is stock, you can still have fun and it wont hurt your car. Best thing is, you can go fast cheap and still have a daily driver.
