Just found a pic of my car from April 16th's street legal drag night. First time I've really been able to see what the car looks like when it launches hehe. That was a shot from the best run of the night with a 1.80 60'.

The truck and car in the other picture are both friends of mine Black car ran a best of 11.97 @ 114 mph that night. The truck I think has a 383 TPI engine in it now, the 350 went south after a washer dropped into a cylinder. Looked through a scope and saw it lodged into the top of the piston This was a few months ago when that happend.

 

pic looks great dude! gotta get some with the car all painted up now! man i love white cars, i'm so glad i am doing my swap into a new car that will get painted white. way to show a second gen how to gitrdone.

so, what did that truck run? that is one cool lookin pickup.

 

The hood will get painted sometime after July when I start work on re-painting the car. It was the truck owners first time racing at the track and didn't exactly do so good hehe. Think his best run out of 2 was low 17's at 79 mph. That sucker is so damn heavy though it's unreal. His main goal was to hit 80 mph and do a couple burnouts That 2nd gen ran a 13.34 if I remember right, forget the mph.
