Some questions
What will my stock 350 l98 run in my auto GTA in the 1/4 and the 1/8? The only mod in it is an 80 series FM. I'll be running it next week but all we run here is the 8th.
How much would siamesing my plenium help and bypassing the throttle body mod help? Is my engine big enough for the MAF screen removal to actually help?
How much would a mild streetable cam help?
How much $ would it take to turn my car into a low 13 high 12 car?
Im thinking sometime or other im gonna have to put a HSR on it.
And any tips for me since it'll be my first time at an actual drag strip? Im pretty good on the highways at racing but im sure its a diff style on the strip. Should I change the gears or just put it in OD and go?

Where are you going to take your car out? The times depend somewhat on track condidtions (elevation, temperature, etc). You should be high 14s to low 15s stock in the 88-95 mph range.
Free TPI mods may help some but don't expect more than .05 or .10 here and there.
A camshaft would help some but the real gains are to be had when it is matched to a higher stall TC with sticky tires. Aftermarket cylinder heads can also play a huge role in increasing the peformance.
As for as how much money you'll need to spend to get in the 13.0 range, it depends on how you want to make your power. Nitrous and slicks will get you there the cheapest but there are trade offs.
If you want to do it all motor or or street tires it will obviously help more.
The more you explain exactly what you want, the more we can help you.
As for tips for your first time:
1) Watch a few passes from the stands to get the hang of what is going on (where the staging beams are, how the tree comes down, etc.)
2) Drive around the water and do a small chirp of the tires to clean them off.
3) Take it easy on the first pass. Don't nail the throttle instantly. Feather the throttle off the line. If it hooks good, be more aggresive with each pass.
4) Leave on the last yellow light.
5) Leave the shifter in 'D' for now. L98s peak pretty early anyways.
6) Make sure the car closest to the return road gets the right of way. Don't cut the other car off even if it is slower.
Hope some this helps and let us know how you do!

Here its pretty close to sea level because the beach is an hour away, temps are usually around low 90s in the day then cools off to mid/low 80s at night. Its always humid as hell in NC
What would high 14s be in the 8th of a mile?
I pretty much just want it to be motor and bolt ons. I might eventually run nitrous but not right now. I was considering buying some slicks to take to the drag and just put them on there then take them off before i go home.
So just leave it in D and not OD? Its not my first time being at a drag strip just my first time actually racing.
It'll be next wed. night before i can go.

There is no way a stock GTA will get into 4th gear in the quarter mile.
You should be around the 15.0 mark in the quarter and about 9.50 in the eigth.
