What kinda power should I be making?

Car: 2005 Lincoln LS, 83' Z28
Engine: 242 DOHC and an empty engine bay.
Transmission: 5R55S, T5 soon to be auto
Axle/Gears: 3.58s and soon to be 4.10s
What kinda power should I be making?
Heres the list of my mods..
-350 punched .030 over
-No smog equipment
-A/C removed
-Comp cam around 450 lift
-AFR 180cc heads
-Comp magnum 1.6rr's
-Wieand Xccelerator manifold
-Holley 4160 750cfm vac secondarys
-Headman shorties
-Flowmaster 3in catback
-Magnaflow cat
-T-5
-3.73's

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
Need more specifics about the cam. From what you have said, sounds like a head/intake/cam mis-match.
The carb and transmission are certainly a mismatch. Any particular reason you went VS? It's not going to play well with the manual tranny.

after the AFR's i didnt have enough for the DP Ill go look for the cam card but i dont think i have it anymore.. its in the 450's with lift and duration is like 220?? Im not too sure.. probably not even close..
