Mid to hi 12's. All depends on traction, weather, and tune.
My 96 WS6 used to run 12.4 with a HOT cam and roughly the same mods. Mine was a M6 with 4.10's. Used to cut 1.7x short times on Nittos, so it should be close with a A4 and 3.23's.

I'm a little more modified than you however with only 1.9 60' average times (personal best of 1.79) I'm hard pressed to stay in the 12's.
I'll say you're solidly in the low 13's.
