What will i run?

Like the title says i want to know what my car will run in the 1/4.

Modifications:
3.43 posi rear end
xe262 comp cam with pushrods/rockerarms
Built th-350 transmission with shift kit (transpak)
edelbrock dual plane intake (non highrise with egr blocked off)
headers (with only a high flo cat with stock exhaust)
HEI ignition
650cfm edelbrock carburator
Also all the emissions are off the car.

I dont expect much but i just want to see what i can possibly get.

Re: What will i run?

Low 15's, maybe high 14's. It is only a 305.

A guess is just a guess. If you really want to know what it will run, you need to take it to a track. Until then, any wild guess is as accurate as you're going to get.

I would say those mods put it close to a stock 350. Maybe a 14.8. Just a guess though.

Probably low 15's high 14's until you help your motor breath better by getting rid of your cats and getting a dual exhaust

Re: What will i run?

id agree.them mods on a smaller older engine amount to a 350.if it hits high 14s be happy.dont expect much. youll be lucky if youre even near 350 hp,more like 300 on a good day and 300-350 hp (gross) doesnt translate into very quick et.just simple math. maximize your fun,no its not a burner but join a bracket racing circuit. it doesnt matter how fast you are,its all handicapped and as long as you have quick consistent reaction times youll do ok and have a blast doing it. nothign like beatng a 10 second car in your 15 second car........

Re: What will i run?

That's kinda similar to my old 305 that has: 600cfm Edelbrock, Performer RPM(non-air gap), 204/214 .420/.442 cam, headers, no emissions, HEI, and it runs 14.4's. Granted I don't really use it since I have a much better motor, but it still hangs around waiting for the next time I blow something up. What's even cooler is that I was messing around one time and put the big turbo on it with 13psi and it ran a 12.2 pulling a wheelie without any spooling issues.
