i don't think that the intake alone will dictate 60' times.

full bolt on L98 with the stealth ram, 1.70-1.71 60 foots are my best with 2800 stall and 3.42 gear on 26" et streets.
383 stealth ram, ~400whp. 3600 stall, 3.42 gear, same ET streets, it went 1.55 best all motor i think, with a 1.41 best on 150 shot.

A project I helped on went bottom 1.7's with a 2800 stall, 3.27 gears, and 245/50/16 drag radials. Lakewood LCAs, relocate brackets, BMR track pack tq arm and custom sub-frame connectors.
