Ricky Millard (1bad406) went 6 rounds today at Silver Dollar Raceway, in Reynolds, GA at the Saturday Night Shootout after driving for hours in stop and go traffic all day yesterday to get here. Congrats buddy on the runner up! it was great to meet you and your dad. i hope we get to go to many more of these types of races!

Thanks. You did really good for never racing on a .400 tree before. Its hard to do in a little tire heavy car. It was good to finally get to meet you and your wife in person. Pulled in the driveway this morning at 6:45 after running 75-80+ so my wife could leave and be at work by 7, lol. Alot of third gens in the house down there. We will definately come back if they have more races like that, but with some sort of knat repellant next time!

 

man, i had a blast! especially once we got some new tires on the car and it finally started hooking! i wished i had had them on friday though cause my car was all over the place on those wore out hoosiers.

 

Maybe they will do another race in the fall when the weather is a little cooler and the track temp won't get up to 163.
