How far off from a 12.99 pass should I be

My setup

84 camaro z28

Early 80's 350 block bored 40 over stock crank and rods
Speedpro flat top pistons
Protopline iron lighting 180
Comp cam xe274
Comp cams ultra pro mag 1.6 roller rockers
Rpm air gap
Proform 750 double pumper
Proform electric water pump
Headman shorties
Dual exhaust

700r4 transgo shift kit 3000 vigilante stall
Posi 10 bolt with 3.42 gears

Some weight reduction

Bfg g force drag radials 255/50/16

Also other than heads do you see any weak points in my set up

They are capable of helping a good bit but I'd change the cam to suit the new heads to get the most out of them.

What weight are you at? I was going 12.2's with cast dish piston, bone stock bottom end with a set of hand ported 416's a 60103 voodoo, 3.73's and a th400. (2870 race weight)
