My friend's Mustang Cobra ran 13.17 and he dyno'ed 261 HP a week before he ran this time.

 

Soooooo pissed off!!!!!! 9 of us showed up on Saturday and the guy never came, he's out 500 bucks. My car was running almost peak too. I missed 3 hours of work for nothing. One good thing is I walked away with 60 more bucks in my pocket. Cam and intake are going on this winter and I'm going to go buy my winter car tomorrow so I guess I'll never know.
