how to hook up with BF drag radials??
How are you guys doing it? I tried 20psi to 25psi 25psi worked best,I tried 3sec. and smokey burnouts,I tried stalling the converter at 1000rpm no luck couldnt get better than a 2.00 60ft that isnt any better than the 2.01's I was getting with the radial TA's!

My BFG's slowed me down. At lest you got a .06 improvment. I was told that the BFG's where boging the car try a little more air pressure is what I was told.

Are you spinning, or not. If its spinning try dropping the air pressure, I run mine at 14 psi. They look like slicks they wrinkle so much, but they don't cup like regular radial tires do. When a motor bogs it seems like it takes a long lime for the rpms to come up, Also the motor will sound like it has a massive load against it. If this is your problem then raising the tire pressure is what you need.

2.01 on street radials is very respectable. You need a good converter to drop your 60' times to say the 1.7-1.8 range. It's tough to get much below 2.0 60' times with a relatively stock engine (ie. similar amount of low end torque) and stock converter. I'd view you DRs as an investment that will pay off in the future after a converter and/or gear change.
