Quickly glancing through a few rules, I can say those are very old. For the latest rules, it's always better to buy a current rulebook.

IHRA has their current rulebook always available online to everyone. NHRA online rulebook is only available to NHRA members.

OK, so what the current ruling in trans / flex plate shields?

have the ET / MPH limits been changed?
