Why am I so slow?
My 1/8 mile times are super slow. I have a 350 that should produce 250 hp and a th350 trans. 4.11 gears in the rear. Interior is still in the car. I am running 10.40's when I think I should be in the 9.40's anybody have any ideas as to why it is this slow?

What makes you think the 350 as installed makes 250 HP? What 350 is it? What cam? What carb? What distributor? What exhaust? Also what are the wide open throttle shift points in that TH350? What is the stall speed of the converter?

Yeah need more details to figure this out.
What is your 60' time and trap speed?
What is the engine specs, fuel system specs, what torque converter?

4.11 gears are way too low for a motor that at 250hp is making peak power at 4500 or below...
