What can I do to improve my gay time? I dont know if its the weather or location I live in but, I live around central texas, and i ran in cool weather, around 45-50*, and ran a 16.4 @ 83mph. Im hopefully going to have tiem to put on my headers, and I am getting 3.73 or 4.10s soon, btw, I didnt run my car with the 3.08 i have now, i ran them with stock 2.73s. Shoudl the 3.08s bring me down to high 15s? I might be selling my ZZ4 cam for some 1.6 rr, since that would be an easier and faster way to get more lift. Would MSD ignition boxes and coils help much in the 1/4 mile?

For real thought put the cam in, a cam any cam is better than a peanut cam. 83 mph is not a lot of HP. Heads need some help or my new weapon of choose N2O. Spray and pray.

One other thing you arent racing with all your audio equipment in are you? That will hurt in the long run.

 

no i take the audio stuff out. All I want is a 14 second 305, not a 350. Im still debating to put in the cam, its gonna be a lot of work and i will have to do it in a span of 30 hours probably without a mistake.
