Your link from the CC home page includes an erroneous /crew/ in the url between the ip and the phbb2. That should correct it.

Hmmm The link to the main page should be the ip addy/phpBBCC/index.php
If its showing up powered by phpBB2 then somethings not working right somewhere. It should say phpBB 2 RC-1 (pre)
Maybe try clearing cache/history/cookies and trying again? John D was having similar problems but it seems to be working fine for him now since he's posted.
Thats all I can think of right now.
