how to crack a knuckle and flush $181 down the tubes
1) order a set of 275/60/15 tires from summit ($163) get them mounted and ballenced ($18). 2) pile yourself and 3 buddies into the car (79 firebird) and go off to the movies. 3) after hitting a small bump in reverse hear an awfull grinding noise. 4) get out to assess the dammage. 5)look in horror at the fact that your brand new tires got hung up in the fender lip and that they all tore to hell. 6) after saying every cuss word known to man in every language known to man for a solid 5 minutes, punch 1/4 pannell giving it a nice cantelope sized dent.
here's what happened. after i hit the bump i looked at the tires and found out that they got cought in the fender lip and the lip tore the hell out of the shoulder of the tire. they are no good now, all i can do is throw them on the tire pile and get new ones. i had them for one day, i didn't even put 25 miles on them, the factory sticker is still wedged in parts of the tread.

no
no, not under warranty. i got them from summit, after you mount them they are yours. even if there was a warrinty, it wouldn't be covered. like 87rs402 said, "Stupidity is never under warrenty."
it was stupid of me to do all that, probably even more stupid to deck the car, but that will come out pretty easily.
