Well guys I figure I should stop and say hello. I am going to school here in Seattle this will be my last year of college. my other home is on Whidbey island, Greenbank, and right now the camaro is parked there in a garage. I have been a fan of TGO, and read these boards for a while before I finally went out and bought one of my own.

 

Welcome, I am just up the road from your camaro on Whidbey. I live a little south of Coupeville. Tell us more about your camaro.

 

Its white, 5.0 tpi, 5 spd, t-tops, and no ac. The paint is in rough condition but the interior is in quite good condition. The front bumper ground effects are an unpainted black, and the driver side fender has a spot of primer. I think the previous owner was trying to refresh it and went through the interior and was getting ready for paint (seems a little backwards but ok) then bought a 4th gen camaro and passed this one on. Hoping next winter to repaint it but might try and do some touch ups before then.

right now it needs the new alternator installed, which I might head up there some weekend before to long to do. When finally I do that I will also try and take some pictures to share.

so does your camaro happen to be blue? I have seen a few on Whidbey but a blue or teal one comes to mind.

 

No, I have a red one. Haven't driven it much lately till this last week when I had to change the water pump in my truck.

 

I understand that, mine came out for a week when the struts started acting up on my commuter. you might have seen mine on island late summer/early fall. I had bought it back in August and drove it around for a month before I went back to school.

 

Doubt I've seen ya running around in it. I was in Afghanistan May-November, will keep an eye out for ya though.
