Basically, I'm thinking you would like a clone of the engine in my supercharged '94 emissions legal Vette with a few adjustments to tweak it out to 600 Hp. We also need to talk about suspension, chassis, and drivetrain.

Ignore this post. Since you want 0-70 mph punch then a 600 Hp supercharged engine is not your choice. That would be best for top end speed.
