A Cascade Crew gathering in October

What do you people think? We could do the group tint at the same time. Let's throw some ideas around. The goal is to plan in advanced enough so that everyone can make it.

Like a weekend thing in the Vancouver, WA area?

the deal behind the tinting thing is this:

$120 for the doors and the hatch (I assume its U.S. funds... hehehe)

deal brought to you buy: WOODY MCC

Since in the tinting laws post there seems to be a good deal of people interested in getting tint done to their cars (Myself, Doug, Summer, Jess, and Steph so far) ...

We may as well make a weekend out of this... give the guy a bit of time to meet us instead of just doing this for a business type thingy, hehehe

Hopefully we can get this one to be larger than our past gatherings... with most of EVERYONE...

So if you can't make it... you better have a really good damned reason not to make it

I'll start looking around for gathering spots and places to camp. People that live in the Vancouver area would be a great resource for that type of stuff.

I can't make it.

Of course, this is more or less a given.

Hey Steph, how easy was it to get the tint off of the back window arround the Defogger stips? (I assume you have 'em?)

YEAAAAAA!!! Vancouver, USA!!! We were all discussing this exact thing down at the gathering this weekend. Sounds like a plan to me, even though I'm not looking for tinting.

Some people I know have striped the de-fog (de-frost depending wher you live)lines off makes for a nicer job. If yer tint is real old and is coming off in tiny bits you have lotsa work ahead of you . But if it strips off in larger chunks .I have this special juice that strips the glue off with no harm to the lines

What if we have the defogger lines on the hatch, and want to keep them? Will that cause problems for tinting?

Sounds like a killer plan, I wont need the hatch done, just the front and sides I should get at least a 25% discount

Jess, I didn't do my rear window, it's in good condition. I do have the defog on the hatch. Both my side windows were bad causing visibility issues where they were bubbled up, especially the drivers side.
