BODY 4 LIFE

Just curious if anyone has read Body for Life by Bill Phillips? I used to compete as a bodybuilder back between 86-89 and have a lot of knowledge on the subject of nutrition/exercise. I am only on pg 55 and the book is awsome! It has a lot of info that i already know, but it explains reasons why things work the way they do. Too bad this dude has not put a book out for us guys to understand our Girls Anyway, A great book for those of you who keep saying " I need to get in shape" Or for anyone who's into any type of sports.

I have the Army Physical Fitness Manual FM 21-20. It has all the nutritional info, a few workout programs, and came free with my enlistment!

Trust me! This book is like no other! I was qualified to compete in the USA nationals back in 88 and have never read such a good book. The author is the owner of EAS suppliments. This guy knows his stuff!

Never heard of it, nor read it. But I have a similar book that is really good called "Eat Right For Your Type". It would probably be a good supplement to the Body Building reading.

However, I just finished "Left Behind" and it was awesome to say the least! I just picked up the Tribulation book #2 and can't wait to get into it!
