Hi, I am looking for fellows Third Gen Owners in the Portland area to get together
and cruise and unite as a possible group. Any one interested?

 

I would be open to this, there is a Camaro club that meets the 1st Tuesday @ Elmer's restaurant near PIR @ 6pm, just never able to get over there to check it out, though, let us know what U come up with, thanks

 

I'm not back in the owner's club yet, but hope to be soon.

 

I live in Portland! Just moved here for school over in Vancouver! That sounds legit to me man! Gotta get more people joined in and spread the word!

before spring be fun to go for a cruise.
I am a member of CR Camaro Club. It's a great group with really great people that plan the funnest cruises. We meet 1st Tuesdays at Elmers Delta Park on Whitaker Rd. We have dinner at 6:30
people float for that when they can. Meeting starts at 7:30. Feel invited to join us.

 

The five thats has been accounted for, wanna meet up at the end of november? bring any friends that are 3rd genner's as well. Whats a place thats somewhat close for everyone?

A restaurant in SE Portland or NE might work good. Somewhere that has a bar and has good
food would be nice and there are a ton of places. Let me think I'll come up with one.

I'm 19, so unless one of you guys can make a good Fake I.D's, I dont think I'll be able to get into the bar area

The CRCC is meeting for breakfast on Saturday for the toy run. At Elmers in Janson beach at 7;45 to leave so 7ish to eat. Fun for all. My 3gen is down for its winter nap. I'll be in either a 4gen SS or TA. both white convertibles.

 

Does anyone have a better idea for a place to meet? if we are still up to go on thursday at like 6?

This would be neat. I'm not actually anywhere near Portland but I visit for family and if I happen to be around when there is a meet I'd be glad to chit chat with some other third gen owners. We've got a collection started between the father and I.

Your not necro posting. So far we just talk on this thread but haven't got together. Be fun to meet at the World of Speed Museum in Wilsonville and meet for food afterwards. I propose we do it in January or later after these busy Holidays.

 

I am located in Hillsboro, I know a few other third genners in the area, also "NW third gens" has meets every now and then, but they have more members in the Sea-Tac area.

Just want to let everyone know that after 10+ years I am beat. I had my car is storage for the winter and the damn thing flooded and my car couldn't swim. So I am letting it go. Off to the junk yard. But if you see it has a ton of great parts. The suspension is done from the wonder bar back to the Moser 12" rear end. The engine was tuned and put over 250hp to the pavement. Well worth a second life just not from me. I will not put everything into a car any more. I was insured well but still lost around ten grand in money. Now I am going to get my old forth gen back and see if it is half the car.

 

Would love to see a few of us show up at the Red Door Meet one of these Sundays coming up? Anyone game?

 

My car is in storage for winter but would be interested in the spring time when weather is better.

 

Perhaps when spring rolls around we should try to organize something.

I have, though I haven't done anything with them. I saw on their site there's a car show on May 22nd as far as their 'next event'.

 

Anything going on anytime soon? It's spring and weather is getting better so i"m in for a gathering of PDX people. Reply and we can schedule something.

 

I'm up for it. How about Cars and Coffee some Saturday at the World of Speed Museum in Wilsonville on a Saturday? How about May 21st? I think it runs 8 am to 11 am. Could do lunch afterwards. WHO CAN DO IT?

 

I'm getting pretty close to finishing up a 383 swap.. I may have it finished up by the 21st. Sounds like a good idea to me though.
