Man, this storm is kicking some *** !

Well, according to the weather websites we are only getting 70mph winds.. BS! I went to bed last night hearing branches and stuff falling down behind the house, so I went to sleep, and woke up around 6 with no power... I laid in bed and I could hear full size trees falling back there somewhere, so I got up about 2 hours ago, looked outside and a fence was down near my car

So, after looking around more I noticed 3 sections of fence down.. and, 3 female llamas down our driveway. So, I got them back into a part of the pasture that had all fences up still, All over the place there are trees down, one across the driveway, I went to go feed the dog and I was walking over to him a piece of tin we were storing from the old barn came up and kicked my *** ! I tried to dodge it but it smacked me and knocked me down.. I was like, uhh, what the hell is that about?! So, I fed the dog, and here I am. Im thinking about going to the rivers and taking pics. Maybe later.

So yeah.. weeeeeeeeeeee!

Several inches of snow in some places here in Portland. Wet and wild, but thankfully we haven't lost our power.

Meanwhile back at the ranch...

There's over 18" of snow on my car. I have to use 4-wheel drive in the Blazer just to get in and out of the driveway. I'm not worried about sliding into the ditch while driving, they're so full you have to take a number and wait your turn to get just a try at getting into one. I drove the Semi in 4 lanes today, I was in the far left and the trailer was in the far right... There is a 2 hour wait for a tow truck.

Just to top it all off, the weather report says we have up to 2 more weeks before it quits. Now don't you feel better about your weather?

it would be easier to bring you to the snow, come on over and pull up some couch.

The snow was mostly out Forest Grove way, but there was a little snow at my girlfriends out in Beaverton, and about 2" up at my parents house on Mt. Scott. Just rain at my house too, no snow.

Definately thirdgen weather. Nothing like living life at the edge
