MAF Sensor
This MAF was removed from an 88 Firebird I got that was totalled and missing the interior.
We ran the car for a few minutes and it ran smooth but I am unable to know if the MAF was throwing an engine code since the instrument cluster was removed.
My assumption is it was working simply because the car ran smooth and idled fine. However I am not making an promises on this one.
The sensor is descreened on the side facing the throttle body. The screen is present on the side facing the air cleaner to prevent debris from entering the MAF. The wire is a 5-wire setup.
