New AC Delco Compressor (ACD#15-20227)

I purchased this compressor from the GM Parts Counter. They charged $450.00 for this unit. While mounted briefly to satisfy serpentine belt route, the unit has remained sealed, and the compressor clutch has never been engaged. Oil has never been added, and internals have never moved.
$200 (plus shipping if not local). Pictures attached below.
