i've never seen a gray cloth one. i had factory gray interior and the shad was the dark black material. i have 3 of them all in excellent condition.

yes of course.. all of them do. they retract/roll up and then pull out just like old window shades. all factory pieces and all in great shape, just different material depending on what your car was optioned with.
